Materials Needed

Before you begin, you will need:

  • Rally flyer PDF
  • Access to a printer, preferably FedEx Office or a FedEx Print & Ship Center
  • Premium paper. Please do not use thin standard copy paper.
  • Zip ties, 4 zip ties per flyer
  • Scissors for cutting ends of zip ties
  • A 3-hole punch
  • Your phone for taking photos

Before You Start

Open your ambassador dashboard and click Add Payment Info. Rally uses Stripe-hosted forms to collect payout details securely. Complete this setup before you start field work so task payments and expense reimbursements can be processed after review.

Use the Available tab to claim tasks in your city. You can claim up to ten tasks at a time. Claimed tasks move to the Assigned tab, which is where you will submit your completed work.

Step 1: Print the Flyers

  1. Download the Rally flyer PDF.
  2. Print the flyers on premium paper.
  3. We recommend printing at FedEx Office for the best quality.

Step 2: Prepare the Flyers

Using a standard 3-hole punch:

  • Punch holes along the top edge of the flyer.
  • Punch holes along the bottom edge of the flyer.

The holes should allow you to secure the flyer using zip ties.

Step 3: Visit Tennis Courts

Refer to the Assigned tab in your ambassador dashboard for the courts you have claimed. Visit each tennis court and look for places where tennis players naturally gather or wait, such as:

  • Tennis court entrance gates
  • Above or near player benches
  • Areas where players wait for courts to become available
  • Community bulletin boards
  • Existing flyer posting areas
  • Any other high-visibility location where players are likely to see the flyer

Use good judgment and avoid placing flyers where they would obstruct signage or violate posted rules. If the listed court is a private club and you do not feel comfortable posting a flyer, skip that court.

Step 4: Install the Flyer

Use 4 zip ties per flyer:

  • 2 zip ties through the top holes
  • 2 zip ties through the bottom holes

Secure the flyer tightly to the tennis court fencing so it stays flat and is easy to read.

Step 5: Take Photos

  • Take a clear photo showing the flyer in its final location.
  • Make sure the photo clearly shows where the flyer was placed.
  • Take multiple photos if needed so the placement is easy to verify from the portal.

These photos are required for payment.

Step 6: Submit Completed Tasks

Submit each completed court through the ambassador portal. Do not email photos or court updates separately unless Rally asks you to follow up.

  • Switch to the Assigned tab in your ambassador dashboard
  • Click Complete for the court you visited
  • Confirm or correct the court name, address, court type, surface, and lighting
  • Upload clear photos showing the flyer installed at the court
  • Submit the completed task for review

Any updates you make to the court details in the completion form will be reflected in Rally after submission.

Submitting Expenses

If you spend money printing flyers or buying supplies for this work, submit the receipt from the portal instead of sending it by email.

  • Click Expenses in your ambassador dashboard
  • Enter the total amount you spent
  • Upload a clear receipt image
  • Submit the expense so it appears as pending reimbursement

Approved expenses remain visible as pending reimbursements until payment is complete.
