1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rally, including the Rally website, mobile app, waitlist, account tools, match discovery, scheduling, chat, and related services. By using Rally, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Rally. If you use Rally on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide to Rally and for activity that happens through your account. Keep your login credentials and devices secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Rally is built for real-world sports coordination. You must provide accurate account, profile, skill, availability, and contact information so matches can be safe and useful for other players.
3. The Rally service
Rally helps players find other players, courts, games, instant matches, and chats. We may recommend matches based on sport, skill level, availability, location, courts, and other account information.
Rally does not control every player, venue, court, club, public facility, event, or third-party service that may be referenced in the product. You are responsible for confirming details before you play and for following venue rules.
4. Safety and sports risk
Sports involve physical risk. By using Rally to arrange or join a match, you accept responsibility for deciding whether a game, venue, opponent, surface, weather condition, or activity is appropriate for you.
Use practical judgment when meeting people, share plans with someone you trust when helpful, and stop participating if something feels unsafe. Rally is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional medical, safety, or legal advice.
5. Your content and communications
You may provide profile details, photos, preferences, match details, messages, reports, ratings, feedback, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Rally permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service.
Do not post or send content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, misleading, invasive, or unsafe.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Rally or interfere with other players' experience.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scrape, or defraud other users.
- Do not use Rally to promote illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or discriminatory exclusion.
- Do not attempt to bypass account, moderation, security, rate-limit, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, crawl, or disrupt Rally systems except as permitted by law.
7. Payments and third-party services
Rally may offer paid features, ticketed play, reservations, promotions, or integrations with third-party services. Any prices, taxes, cancellation terms, or additional rules will be shown where those features are offered.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Rally is not responsible for third-party products, venues, websites, payment processors, or communications.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may review content, reports, account activity, or match behavior to protect players and the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these terms were violated or if continued access creates legal, security, safety, or operational risk.
You may stop using Rally at any time. Some information may remain as needed for legitimate business, legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
9. Disclaimers and limits on liability
Rally is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every match, court, player, message, ranking, notification, or recommendation will be accurate, available, safe, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Rally changes. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated terms or providing notice through the service.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@rally.app.
