Ambassador terms
  • Task payments and expense reimbursements are not guaranteed. Rally may decide, in its sole discretion, whether a task or expense is valid, complete, properly documented, compliant with instructions, and eligible for payment or reimbursement. Rally may reject, reduce, withhold, cancel, or reverse payment for any task or expense.
  • If approved, you participate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or legal representative of Rally. You are not eligible for wages, overtime, employee benefits, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation coverage, or other employee protections from Rally.
  • You are responsible for your own federal, state, and local taxes, filings, permits, and reporting obligations arising from ambassador payments or reimbursements. Rally will not withhold taxes unless required by law.
  • You agree to follow Rally instructions, court and venue rules, and applicable law, and you are responsible for your own conduct, transportation, equipment, supplies, and safety while performing ambassador tasks.
